TERMS OF BUSINESS

(Webshop for Blank Labels, Ribbons and Equipment)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Business apply to purchases made through the webshop operated by:

By placing an order on this webshop, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS

The webshop offers for sale:

– Blank self-adhesive labels (rolls or sheets)
– Thermal and thermal transfer ribbons
– Label printers
– Related equipment and consumables

Product descriptions and specifications are provided on the website. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their equipment before purchase.

3. PRICES AND VAT

All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be calculated in accordance with applicable EU regulations (reverse charge mechanism).

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the moment of order confirmation applies.

4. ORDERING PROCESS

Orders are placed through the webshop.

After submitting the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by:

– Credit/Debit Card
– Bank Wire Transfer

Orders paid by wire transfer will be processed after the payment is received.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out via contracted courier services.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond its control.

7. RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Customers may submit a complaint in case of:

– Damaged goods
– Incorrect items delivered
– Manufacturing defects

Claims must be submitted in writing via email within 8 days of receiving the goods.

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless the defect prevents this.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

8. LIABILITY

The seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, or incompatibility with the customer’s equipment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing technical specifications before purchase.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for order processing, invoicing, and communication purposes.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Croatia.
